Do you have any enemies?
No, not people who simply dislike you. We all have those. Personalities, likes, dislikes, food, music, many things cause people to have differences that cause them to pick one or ignore another.
I mean enemies. People who desire your destruction!
I don't. I can't name any, in any event.
On that score, I cannot really empathize with David. Entire nations opposed him. Personally--emotionaly, socialy, physicaly! They conspired to kill him.
In light of this psalm, I am thankful. Thankful to God that I do not have enemies.

I've never thought about what it is to have a true enemy. I can rejoycinly say that I too, do not have any enemies, and that thought forces me to reevaluate my attitude towards people I know.
On a side note, I miss you guys like crazy and can't wait for christmas break to play some cards, or at least thats what I'm wishing for! Have a good week!

Nik!
Good you dropped a note. Miss you too!
And, yes, the house is open for Christmas Break. I think Sherri and I are taking a bunch of days the week before Christmas since most of our gang will be in Denver the week after.
Have a good remainder of the semester. Love you. See you in a few weeks.
Greg
I still have yet to play cards since I've been here :-(
